New Punto Banco table available on KlaverCasino
After news of several new video-slots we’re glad to announce that it’s now time for the introduction of a new table game! KlaverCasino has added a Punto Banco table to their live casino on Wednesday. It’s a live stream from Oracle Casino and is open between 10:00 and 4:00 CET time.
You can choose to bet between €5 and €100 or between €50 and €500.
What is Punto Banco?
Punto Banco is a game of chance in which you play against the bank. The goal of the game is to reach a point count of 9, or as close to 9 as you can. The dealer will deal two cards face-down for the player (punto) and two cards for the bank (banco). The player has to predict who will win, Punto, Banco or tie. The card values are as follows:
- Ace = 1
- 2-9 = face value
- 10, Jack, Queen and King = 10
If the total value of the cards exceeds 9 points then only the last digit will count. If there’s a point count of 8 or 9 after two cards it’s called a natural. If Punto has a natural he will automatically win, unless Banco has the same point count (in which it will be a tie) or 9 if Punto has 8. If neither of the parties have a natural after 2 cards there is a third-card rule. If Punto has 6 or 7 he must stand pat, but if Punto has 0-5 points he must draw a third card.
